Fix some repr html differences between browsers and Jupyter Notebook and Lab.

Adding `<summary style="display:list-item;">` made the triangle for `<details>` show up in Firefox/Notebook.
Adding `<summary style="outline:none;">` took away the selection border in Notebook.
Adding `style="max-width:100%;"` to our tables fixed the weird text wrap issue I was seeing.

I think this takes care of the worst offenders, but we could still use the help of somebody who knows CSS to make our reprs better!
