* one weird trick

* fixed filename outputs/inputs and changed notebooks accordingly

* added fov name delimiting detection to multi/mibi tif loaders

* changed dtype error to warning

* refactored delimiter agnosticism in mibi+multi tiff loaders

* added dtype argument to mibi+multi tiff loaders

* added testing for data type warnings and delimiter agnosticism

* change tempfiles to files wrapped in temp dirs
