Add `#authorized?` method to tokens to check token authorizations

* Parses the `scope` and `aur` parameters of tokens
* Adds the `#authorized?` method which inspects the token's `scope` and `aur`
  properties to determine whether the token authorizes a specific resource/scope
  pairing.
