simulation_exec_environment: don't crash on args outside schema (#251)

Ignore fields in DB data that aren't defined in the schema. This should never happen, but with unclean DB data (e.g. for hotel domain) this fix prevents SimulationExecEnvironment from crashing with a TypeError.
