Docs: Use Amethyst theme directly

The new Jekyll-based theme for qunitjs.com has been given a home
and a name, Amethyst!

updated qunitjs.com to use that.  This commit does the same
for api.qunitjs.com.

This is visually the same as what we had locally copied before.

The two-column layout and custom anchor link style are not yet
part of the theme. That remains int he local custom.scss file
for now.

I did re-implement the two column structure internally here
in a slightly different way as otherwise it would have required
various additional CSS rules to undo what Amethyst does (we
previously did not have a complete copy of its stylesheet, only a
partial copy, hence I did not notice it before).
