Update existing tests (#392)

* Update session manager and session analyzer tests

* Update test for tanner server

* Rewrite tests for API

* Add dockerfile for postgres setup

* Update web server tests

* Add postgres to services

* Add noqa infront of long lines

* Remove the exception case from find location

* Increase number of services

* Update test to use a different test DB

also added a new case for exception in find_location

* Prevent unclosed connection warning.

* Use AsynMock instead of simple mock.

Removed a mistakenly committed print statement

* Use aiopg instead of sqlalchemy for making the connection

* close the pg_client after all the tests are executed

* wait for the connection to close to avoid resource warning

* Remove some more warnings from tests

* Enable autouse in fixture. Also use yield so no warning is generated

* use simple mock for closing postgres

* Remove pytest fixture

* Change AsyncMock to mock
