Merge tag '1.0.7' into develop

Refactorings and bug fixes
- Removes timeseries sync for all timeseries resources
- Changes intraday timeseries sync to 7 days, instead 1
- Changes weight sync to get every last 30 days
- Addings conversion from distance data to meters in intraday sync
- Changes log messages when data is published
- Changes resource to not publish heartrate when there is no dataset
- Adds refatoration of syncFitbitData() method

- Removes unused classes
