Test: Added support for testing against standard list

Details:

* Added support for testing against standard list, by adding constant
TEST_AGAINST_LIST to the test module that uses the built-in list
instead of NocaseList. The constant is set from an env var
  TEST_AGAINST_LIST.

* Added a new make target 'testlist' that runs the unit tests with
TEST_AGAINST_LIST set, so that the built-in list is used.

* Updated the Travis and Appveyor CI files to run 'make testlist'.

* Adjusted many testcases to accomodate the differences caused by
case-insensitivity, and created an issue #25 for differences that were
a bug in handling '+' and '+='. At this point, the testcases accomodate
the incorrect handling and have a TODO referencing the issue #25.
