Updated documentation and README

Details:

* Fixed the intersphinx prefixes py vs py3 (only one of them could be
  used).

* Added references to the mixin extension capability to the
  README and intro chapter of the docs.

* Added an example for case-insensitive access to the docstring of
  the NocaseDict class.

* Improved wording 'preserved order' to 'dictionary oteration order'.

* Added a statement about compatibility to standard dict.

* Minor updates to the complete reference chapter.
