The ssp-operator was migrated to the kuebvirt organization https://github.com/kubevirt/kubevirt-ssp-operator (#722)

In order to update all module paths and import paths, we had to create a new release (v1.0.41) in the operator repository.
This PR proposes the changes required to update all module/import paths in HCO to the new import path (github.com/kubevirt/kubevirt-ssp-operator)
as well as bump SSP_VERSION to v1.0.41 as this is the gomodule version that matches the new location.
