Setup celo-ganache (#191)

* adding celo-ganache to solidity

* added script in makefile to npm install celo's ganache as alias celo-ganache

* makefile now includes installing cli-ganache

* everything is being built correctly, and I can run cli.js locally, but through symb I get a required error

* removing useless file

* changing symbolic link line

* changed it to an absolute path to make symbolic link work

* addressing feedbackwq!

* changing command
