Commit Message

Passes the error message in the HandlerCallback state.

When a status handler is to handle a specific status code, the state
parameter will contain the error message instead of being passed in the
request parameters.

It has a few advantages:

 - the request is kept untouched, which guarantee a better isolation
 - the message can be conveniently assigned into a string since it is a
   Value? type

Adds a test that ensure the behiaviour and updates the documentation
consequently.
