Commit Message

Removed bower.json as it is not necessary in microservices without GUI. Added .yml file for codeclimate and coveralls. Updated README with information about dependencies, dev op tools and necessary installation/setup steps. Removed release.sh and unrelease.sh because we will not release this module to npmjs. Upgraded all npm packages to latest version
