Add data drawer open  (#262)

This PR introduces two new features to the drawer component and some slight improvements of others:

- New `data-drawer-open` attribute trigger. It takes a drawer's unique ID as the value.
- Calling `api.open` will now re-focus a drawer's `data-drawer-focus` element if triggered on a drawer that is already opened. This applies to direct API calls or via a method that calls the open API such as the new `data-drawer-open` attribute trigger.
- `data-drawer-close` now optionally takes a drawer's unique ID as the value so can be used outside of the drawer context. Can still be placed inside a drawer without a value to close itself.
