Initial documentation

Details:

* Went thorugh the entire HTML docs and made sure all sections
are written. Simplified some headings and removed sections that
are not needed (Glossary, Troubleshooting, dummy entries in
  References).

* Provided short intro in README and Intro chapter of docs.

* Rewrote the NocaseDict class and __init__(9 method docstrings.

* Added comments for methods that can be inherited without reimplementing
  them.

* Added TODOs for methods that need to be implemented (See also
  issue #6).

* In the Sphinx config file conf.py:
  - Changed Python highlighting to use Python 3.
  - Changed the 'py:' prefix in references to use Python 3 instead
    of Python 2.
  - Changed the class members to be listed alphabetically in the
generated docs, instead of by source order.

* In utils/import_installed.py, removed a remaining mentioning of
  pywbem in an example.
