Cmschuetz master (#50)

* fix: Update Institution data structure

- Updates the Institution data structure to match what is documented &
  returned by plaid
- Adds typespecs for all changes
- Adds new mocks for http responses

* fix: Correctly decode status

- Correctly decodes institution status into the appropriate struct instead of keeping it as a map

* fix: Correctly decode into nested structs

- Correctly decodes institution status into nested structs
- Fixes a few bugs around struct definitions

* Add consent_expiration_time to Plaid.Item struct and support EFT, International and BACS account numbers in Plaid.Auth

* Bump version to 2.0, now breaking due to changes to Plaid.Institution struct.
