[f2c,🐛][s]: apply resource mapping to resources array in Dataset - refs #33.

* we were simply failing to do the resource mapping on resources inside a Dataset and hence round tripping was not working and we had wrong stuff e.g. bytes in ckan rather than size on Resource.
