Improve test coverage (#40)

This PR adds the remaining missing tests and slightly refactors a few issues with the script that were caught during testing. This includes:

- Anchor event no longer fires incorrectly when anchors are in view
- Use of shorthand addition when building top and bottom adjustments
- Adds fallback for when anchor parent is not found
