Better error handling with stream. (#307)

* Better error handling with stream.
Initially, user is shown "starting stream" message. If there is some fail, stream is replaced with "error, retrying"-like message. If no stream is available (404), we tell it to the user, and stop asking for more pictures

* fixed tests

* Improved current stream handling. Now we distinguish between 4 states:
 - image fetche OK, keep streaming
 - image failed to fetch, but it was expected, we wait 5 seconds and then try to start over
 - image failed to fetch and it will never be OK, we stop trying
 - whatever other error happend, we let that crash so it get's handled by appliacation handler and logged into sentry
