[lib] Fix forward references type checking

It turns out that typeguard will only check the previous frame in the
stack to extract the variables that it will use when resolving forward
references, so instead of letting it guess by itself, we are now finding
out the actual caller frame, extracting the locals and globals and passing
them to the typeguard function.

Fixes #208
