feat: implement fiori 3 table (#2819)

Breaking Changes: fdColumnSortable deprecated, along with associated input [sortDir]

* add table border removal directives, table footer directives, and examples

* no borders should be an input thing, not directive

* checkboxes, active/hover

* fix weird checkbox behavior though it might be better to just have separate functions and almost duplicate code for cleaner examples
