Use scipy.integrate to compute daily insolation with trapezoid rule

Uses two different approaches depending on whether the series has
regular timestamp spacing or not. The method with regular spacing
passes `dx` directly to the integration function as opposed to
calculating time delta between each adjacent value. This gives a
roughly 4x speedup for the 8 year data set I tested on (15 minute
irradiance data).
