💄UI: Update layout and style for variant preview and code segments

- Move variant preview breakpoints options out of the dropdown into an 
inline list of buttons above the preview container
- Update the current width indicator (preview title) style in the top 
left corner of the preview container (also introduce new 
`--uie-color-preview-title` variable)
- Change the preview border style (also introduce 
`--uie-preview-padding` variable that safely fallsback to the 
`--uie-preview-border-width` and using that one in case it has been 
overwritten)
- Update the style of the variant code segments
- Fix an issue with the renderedHTML code segment where omitted code was 
still being rendered
- Update MainSettings dropdown styles
- Remove `width: 100%` from tables for improved readability
