V2small fixes (#607)

* Added coveralls basic setup. Updated some documentation and some tests for splitting out an action to keep things simple.

* Setup travis to run the script that will send info to coveralls.

* Updated mutation documentation and fixed a variable to be easier to understand. Updated tests.

* Updateing some docs

* Made the spyware hand window fit always centered on the screen.

* Fixed an issue with the Objectives class having a reference to player. This makes it impossible to stringify it because of cricular references.

* Updated more documentation.

* added more documentation.

* Fixed tests I broke when adjusting the Objectives to not have it's own player reference.

* Update travis to send notifications on successful builds again for PR and Push to master. It is confusing when it only sends notifications on failure.

* Added the proper travis badge to the README.
