feat(namespace): Change namespace from honeybee to honeybee_plus

BREAKING CHANGE: This commit changes the namespace of this library from honeybee to honeybee_plus. This has been done to avoid namespace conflicts with the new core honeybee libraries, specifically [honeybee-core](https://github.com/ladybug-tools/honeybee-core).

This PR should not be merged until a corresponding PR has been sent to [honeybee-grasshopper](https://github.com/ladybug-tools/honeybee-grasshopper)
