use Pricegraph API instead of low level orderbook (#1090)

This PR changes the orderbook based price source implementation to use the `pricegraph::Pricegraph` high level API instead of the low level `pricegraph::Orderbook` API.

### Test Plan

No real changes, unit tests should catch errors.
