Adding back the possibility to inject pure Webonyx objects in GraphQLite

When migrating to 4.0, we lost the ability to inject ObjectType or InterfaceType in the StaticTypeMapper.
This commit adds "proxys" that are turning any ObjectType into a MutableObjectType (and same thing for interface).

We still need to do the same thing with InputTypes
