Created DynamicContentPropType and DynamicContent interface

Would have been nice to infer one from the other but it doesn't work properly for PropTypes reasons...

Amended widget actions, urlControl and dynamicPage. Further scripting changes will certainly be necessary, alongside changing the JSON files so they match the new schema.
