Clarified and resolved TODOs on instance command testcases

Details:

* Changed term 'instance subcommand' in testcase descriptions to
  'instance command'.

* Made some testcase descriptions more consistent.

* Put stdin list items on their own lines for better readability.

* Updated comment on testcase
  'Verify create, get, delete works with stdin'
  by adding issue number #387.

* Reactivated testcases
  'Verify instance command references with wildcard keybinding'
  'Verify instance command associators with wildcard keybinding'
  The order of instances in the selection list is unpredictable, and
  therefore the result list is sometimes empty. Circumvented that
  by no longer expecting any result instance. Updated issue #458
  accordingly and added #458 to both testcases (one of them had
  incorrectly referenced PR #457).

* Reactivated testcase
  'Verify instance command shrub, complex table'
  which succeeded without any further changes.

* Updated comment on failing testcase
  'Verify instance subcommand shrub, simple tree'
  with number of newly created issue #657.
