Jobid bug (#341)

* get outputfile, errorfile in builders.metadata for slurm executor. This
is extracted assuming file is in the form of slurm-<JOBID>.out and
slurm-<JOBID>.err
Bug with key error endtime with slurm job.

* fix test state logic. strip new line from Job State output field

* remove snyk badge from docs since it failed url check. Add .log in
.gitignore
