Fix #32 (#36)

* Fix #32 where you can't rekey device if a zip hasn't been uploaded to device yet by using ECP instead of port 80 for getting devId. Add getDeviceInfo and expose for external use.

* add missing semicolon

* Make getDevId set it's expectedDevId locally, fix casing of devId in rokudeploy.json file

* switch double quote for single
