buildspec keyword in global schema (#335)

* sync schemas with change in https://github.com/buildtesters/schemas/pull/50
update example tests in tests/examples
Update example tests for all schemas.
Update behavior in BuildspecParser to extract keys in dictionary "buildspecs"

* wrong number of arguments passed to method

* fix another bug when submitting slurm job. Next to run self.check_test_state
in gather() method instead of dispatch(). This is because check_test_state
needs to be run after job is complete
