Deprecate fpa and detector modules

Lentil probably isn't the best place to model focal planes. I'm by no
means an expert in this area and it feels like the following two
situations are true:

1. In the vast majority of use cases, a high-fidelity detector model
   isn't necessary.

2. When a high-fidelity detector model is required, it is often so
specialized that a generic bit of code like what Lentil previously
provided won't be particularly useful anyways.

In both cases, Lentil will help the user get relative or absolute
irradiance at the focal plane, it just will no longer provide the
components to model the digital readout of that signal.

Maybe in the future this capability can be brought back from the
dead and make its way into a separate package called lentil-detector or
something like that.
