move implementation of updating test report  to method update_report (#330)

* remove dryrun method from executor class. Forgot to invoke poll
method after slurm dispatch.

* move logic for updating report after build to method update_report

* bug in log statement, applying black

* fix pyflakes report and remove uncommented section for update report.

* add docstring for update_report method.
