ENH: Improve SumMultiply efficiency

SumMultiply wasn't very efficient because it used einsum with lots
of inputs. This was unnecessary. Now, einsum can utilize BLAS for
efficient computations for two inputs because it doesn't add
extra inputs to prevent that.
