Update Docker Components for Automated Testing and Building (#565)

* Adds additional options to run.sh script to allow it to be run in different modes (no daemon, test, etc.) to facilitate testing.
* Adds --no-db-sync option to the install command to allow for installing apps without the database sync portion (helpful in Docker builds that have no database)
* Adds pre_tethys.sls and post_app.sls scripts and simplifies tethyscore.sls, accordingly.
