Merge branch 'release/100' into release/101

* release/100:
  Since the division name is used in pattern matching, default to an empty string to avoid "Use of uninitialized value" warnings
  Production databaases usually don't have the division key. It's not a bug, so don't raise an exception
  Added a comment
  Fix: Mojolicious now requires Perl 5.16. Use the last compatible version instead
  [ENSCOMPARASW-3527] Add the division name when querying ancestral_sequences in the Registry
