Setup Travis config

 * Download CMake 3.2.3 from CMake servers. Version 3.1+ is needed, for
   instance, for the C_STANDARD property. There's currently no PPA that
   provides this for the rather old Travis systems (Ubuntu 12.04)

 * Install lcov to enable CMake coverage module. The dependency should be
   dropped soon. One could add, for instance, a CodeCov_HEADLESS_BUILD option
   to the module.

 * Run coverage test and upload results to coveralls.
