Commit Message

hashnav_redirect now consideres mount_url + TC redir change

hashnav_redirect now correctly prefixes mount_url. Also, the
Template::Controller outside -> inside redirect logic has been
replaced with a call to the newer $c->auto_hashnav_redirect_current.
This also fixes bugs in the code which was there
