Remove backwards compat option and other small changes. (#336)

SECURITY_BACKWARDS_COMPAT_AUTH_TOKEN_INVALID(ATE) was removed. This was never documented correctly and enabled the old behavior that changing password also invalidated tokens. This never really made sense and there are now administrative ways to reset a user's authentication credentials.

Fixed the context processor test for reset password - it wasn't actually calling reset - it was calling forgot password.

To safeguard in the future against config variable misspellings - actually verify that the key/variable being requested exists in our configuration dictionary.
