rename 'buildtest get' --> 'buildtest repo'  (#312)

* rename 'buildtest get' --> 'buildtest repo' add subcommands 'add', 'list', 'rm'
buildtest will store the repo file in $HOME/.buildtest/repo.yaml and update
content as repos are added or removed. One can run buildtest repo list -s
to show content of repo file.
Adding regression test to cover some of these new commands.

* fix unused imports reported by pyflakes
