DS-2938 Added margin.autoexpand parameter to auto align outputs

The margin.autoexpand parameter controls the padding surrounding chart outputs. If toggled it will either remove or add padding at the horizontal edges of the chart. No padding is useful when it is desired for multiple charts to align for ease of interpretation between outputs.

* DS-2938: Add option to turn off margin.autoexpand

* Try adjusting axis bounds as well

* Fix up handling of missing values

* Fix previous commit

* Fix color recycling in multicolor charts

* Use Displayr fork of plotly

* Fix problem with barpictograph transparencies

* Tidy code and fix misc. errors in previous commits

* Tidy up the tests a bit more [revdep skip]

* Fix previous change to area chart which accidentally added space to the edges
