Add OAuthApiConnection (#411)

* Migrate password login functionality to BasicApiConnection as planned by the deprecation

* Introduce OAuthApiConnection using ScribeJava, for #268

* Cleanup PR

* use getWikidataApiConnection instead of getTestWikidataApiConnection to avoid NPE

* almost finish OAuthApiConnection, still need to take care of serialization/deserialization.

* remove login method in OAuthApiConnection & add serialize/deserialize functionality to OAuthApiConnection

* fix references in comments

* connect and read timeouts support for OAuthApiConnection

* reformat

* use $okhttpSignpostVersion

* remove unnecessary constructor

* Cleanup trailing whitespace
