Add client cert auth test with root certs (#2652)

* Added client cert auth test with root certs.
* Disable testClientCertAuthenticatorWithBlock as it’s not working on iOS (CBL-995)
* Add CBLStatus.createError(error, <out> error). This is use in the companion PR in EE repo.
