* Handle multiple big-map updates and copy for single batch

 * pre-order both external and internal operations before processing
   them for diffs, so that de-duplication of applied results should
   preserve the actual sequence defined on-chain, and only the latest
   results are considered (by level and then operation order) when
   the identifiers collides (map ids +/ map keys)
 * fix the code error in handling upserts
 * sort copy diffs by level to avoid conflicting keys
 * rename operations optics to read better
 * add specific tests for this bug

* Fix the strayed import which failed compilation

 * additionally shuffle blocks when testing for the issues at hand
   to guarantee that testing wouldn't show a false positive even
   before the current bugfix
 * correct the some outdated logging categories after the moves of
   packages
