Further updated TravisCI configuration to account for recent developments.

- Changed build matrix to target the minimum required versions of compilers (as
  specified in package desciption) instead of the most recent ones. This should
  help keep the `dub.sdl` up to date. It should also help make builds more
  repeatable.
- Selected most recent version of Ubuntu (Bionic Beaver) to get access to recent
  enough version of `gdc`. That's because TravisCI D support depends on
  [install.sh](https://dlang.org/install.html) being able to fetch the most
  recent `gdc` version and this script is stuck at a 4-year-old one.
  That in turn required installing a dependency for `doveralls` and `gdc` using
  the package manager.

Also:

- Removed deprecated key `sudo` to address configuration validation warning.
- Added missing key `os` to address configuration validation warning.
- Added and updated comments with useful information.
