Added parameter `check_contained_uids=False` to `content.uuidsToCatalogBrains` and `content.uuidsToObjects`, when set to `True`, if query on `UID` index returns nothing, it will query on `contained_uids` index if it exists in the `portal_catalog` that is a special index used to index `UIDs` of contained elements that are not indexed.
