allow both forms of audience

current response is just the url but previously we received
"microsoft:identityserver:%s" % self.resource when resource was
specified as a uuid. this may happen in current versions of ADFS but was
tested when oauth was first introduced (don't remember which version, 2
or 3 - windows 2012)
