Make post login redirect respect sub-folder setups

This Django setting plays currently only a role with OAuth2 logins. The
regular CATMAID login doesn't redirect as part of the response. The past
configuration always redirected to the root of the domain after an
OAuth2 login. Using the start page view name, reflects properly the
subfolder setup.
