Updates to allow for Advanced Configuration

* Update README.md
* Update generate method to create array of group objects, rather than flat array of property strings
* Expose method to allow further configuration of group objects, to add extra options like `order` or `emptyLineBefore` between groups (making use of available options in `stylelint-order`)
